1. Personal data submitted to GRASPOP VZW are processed in accordance with the Belgian Privacy Act of 8 December 1992, which regulates the processing of personal data. 2. GRASPOP VZW collects personal data in the event of website registration, newsletter subscriptions, reception of e-mails containing a request to receive publications or information or in case of participation in specific commercial and non-commercial actions. When registering on our website to consult data or download files, we automatically collect the following data: The type of "domain" you use to access the internet (e.g. .be, .org, .com) 3. When consulting information stored in database format a basic form of cookies is used to enable us to answer user queries. These session cookies are completely harmless and they are deleted at the end of the session. (When using our website, cookies can provide valuable support e.g. to make the user aware of new messages and reactions that have been added to the site since his last visit. These cookies are stored on the user’s hard disc. The latter will be notified in the “user agreement” if such cookies are used). 4. The personal data we collect are stored and processed for our own information and publicity purposes. GRASPOP VZW takes the necessary measures in order to protect these data against unauthorised use or use by third parties. 5. Upon providing proof of identity, individuals included in our database will have the right to consult and modify this information. Modification of these data is subject to a prior written request by the interested party, with the exception of any online corrections visitors to the site may have permission to make. 6.
