Hollywood Vampires

Hollywood Vampires
Played at Graspop Metal Meeting

United States

For some acts the term supergroup is an understatement and this certainly applies to The Hollywood Vampires. The band name derives from the celebrity drinking club formed by Alice Cooper in the seventies, which included members of The Beatles and The Who. Three years ago he founded a band of the same name, recruiting Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry and actor Johnny Depp to complete an all-star line-up. Touring musicians have included Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses) and Matt Sorum (The Cult). In 2015 they also released their self-titled debut containing a mix of new material and covers of Doors, Alice Cooper and Led Zeppelin tracks. Now it’s time for their GMM debut and something tells us they’ll be bringing a few famous friends to join the fun. (#GMM18)
