In between reunion dates with GNR, Slash, aka Saul Hudson, has also found the time to write a new record with his partner in crime Myles Kennedy (singer/guitarist from Alter Bridge) and their band The Conspirators. Slash needs no introduction. The English-American musician/songwriter garnered eternal fame during his tenure as the lead guitarist for GNR, who racked up one golden album after another in the 80s and 90s. Slash left in 1996 to start his Slash’s Snakepit project. Soon after he joined the supergroup Velvet Revolver, which saw him renewing his affiliation with Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum. In 2010 his self-titled solo debut dropped and in the same year he rocked the main stage at Graspop. On follow-up ‘Apocalyptic Love’ (2012) he teamed up with Myles Kennedy as (live) frontman. ‘World on Fire’ (2014) hit the shelves two years later and the Slash/Kennedy tandem headed out on tour with The Conspirators, who also feature on the new ‘Living the Dream’ (2018) album.
