Over a decade ago Three Days Grace were all over major radio stations across the globe. Pundits predicted a bright future for this Canadian alternative rock/metal band but while they have continued to be successful on the other side of the Atlantic, things never really happened for them in Europe. Founding member and lead singer Adam Gontier suddenly quit in early 2013, with Brad Walst’s brother, My Darkest Days lead singer Matt Walst, stepping in as his replacement. Walst’s voice has a raw and grungy aspect to his voice and that has served them well on stage. The new line-up has been properly broken in now and that is obvious from their new album ‘Outsider’ (2018). ‘Infra-Red’ was their 14th single to top the Bilboard Mainstream Rock chart. (#GMM19)
