Noctem

The Spanish metal scene has been known to spawn a number of great bands and it is home to a talented underground scene. Noctem are a quintet from Valencia that have been putting out black/death metal records since 2001. Their sixth and most recent album ‘Credo Certe Ne Cras’ (2022) is guaranteed to raise the pulse of Behemoth, Belphegor, Marduk and God Dethroned fans. The tracks are muscular and lean; most progress at lightning speed but not without leaving room for gripping guitar melodies and epic headbanging sections. Their shows in Belgium have been few and far between but we’re convinced their first appearance at GMM will capture scores of black metal hearts. #GMM23
