Asinhell

We all know Michael Poulsen as the driving force behind Danish rock band Volbeat but few know he took his first steps on the music scene with his death metal band Dominus. Although his career took a dramatically different turn afterwards, the experience always stayed with him and eventually inspired the formation of the retro death metal trio Asinhell. Inspired by the likes of Death, Entombed, Autopsy and Bolt Thrower, they recently recorded their maiden album ‘Impii Hora’. It’s a juggernaut of an album that leaves no doubt as to their intentions and with Marc Grewe (Insidious Disease, ex-Morgoth) on vocal duties their GMM debut is bound to be a blast!(#GMM24)
