Night Verses

Prior to forming Night Verses in 2012, guitarist Nick De Pirro, drummer Aric Improta and bassist Reilly Herrera had been playing together in different bands for over a decade. Douglas Robinson attended one of their early shows and instantly asked to join as a vocalist. The following year their full-length debut ‘Lift Your Existence’ dropped. When Robinson called it quits in 2017, one year after the release of ‘into the Vanishing Light’, they decided to continue as an instrumental trio rather than look for a replacement. Their music displays leanings towards various genres such as art rock and space rock for the more subdued sections whereas the more aggressive passages call to mind metalcore, post-hardcore and alt metal.
