Brothers Of Metal

Brothers of Metal is a Swedish power metal act established in 2012 with the single goal of restoring true metal to its rightful place. In 2017 their debut album ‘Prophecy of Ragnarök’ hit the shelves. The eight-strong band with two male and one female vocalist looks ferocious and they readily take inspiration from battle-hardened Vikings and their adventurous escapades as described in Norse mythology. Their sophomore outing ‘Emblas Saga’ (2020) was slightly less heavy than their debut but the storytelling is exemplary, the vocals are ear-shattering and the melodies are captivating. Keep your eyes and ears peeled because album no. 3 is in the works. (#GMM24)
