Drug Church

What started out as a side project fifteen years ago accidentally developed into a full-fledged act. Drug Church’s music is a varied blend of punk rock, post-hardcore and alternative rock combined with intelligent, often socially engaged lyrics. They have always prided themselves on not taking things too seriously, a laid-back back attitude that is probably the driving force behind their success. To date they’ve released four full lengths that show a gradual evolution from a raw punk approach to a more technical, melodic and musically varied approach on their most recent effort ‘Hygiene’ (2022). Earlier this year in Brussels they gave the Belgian audience a little foretaste of what to expect this summer at GMM. (#GMM24)
