What did Slipknot and Hollywood Undead have in common until a few years ago? That’s right, the facial masks. Lately though, they’ve been leaving their masks in the closet more and more often. As the band name indicates, Hollywood Undead hails from the City of Angels. They combine various musical styles ranging from hip-hop to hard rock and alternative rock to metal, and back in the States they are a household name. Their most recent record ‘Hotel Kalifornia’ dropped in 2022, blending rock, electronic, metal, industrial and hip-hop into a cacophony that works remarkably well. They were last here in 2018 and they’ve been busy since then with three records. Apart from the aforementioned ‘Hotel Kalifornia’ they also set ‘New Empire, Vol. 1& 2’ loose upon the world so join Charlie Scene, J-Dog, Danny, Funny Man and Johnny 3 Tears for more rowdy rap rock.
