GMM is cashless again this year. No more physical tokens, just Skullies (our digital currency) on the tag of your wristband or your Cashless Card. These Skullies pay for food and drink at the festival grounds, at our campsites Boneyard and Inferno, and in Metal Town.
1 Skully is €3.50. In presale you get 1 free Skully for every 20 Skullies purchased. Skullies are on presale from Wednesday 17 April 2024 until Wednesday 12 June 2024. As from 13 June 2024 you can still upload Skullies to your account but any purchase will no longer include free Skullies.

Don’t feel like lugging around cases of beer during your stay at Camping Boneyard? We’ve got the perfect solution! This year you can order your tray (24 x 33 cl) of cold cans of Jupiler or Jupiler 0.0 in advance at an advantageous price and kick off your festival weekend with a refreshing beer (or two).

A tray of cold cans of Jupiler or Jupiler 0.0 (24 x 33 cl) costs €40 in advance sale. Orders can be collected from the new supermarket at Camping Boneyard on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 June 2024. Are you staying at Camping Inferno or at Metal Town? Even then, you can purchase a voucher and exchange it at the supermarket at Camping Boneyard. Attention: the offer is limited and the voucher is neither valid at other GMM campsites nor at the Camping Boneyard bar.

Just a quick reminder: only Combi ticket holders can exchange their ticket for a festival wristband as from Wednesday 19 June at 3 p.m. Day ticket holders can collect their festival wristband on the day starting from 8 a.m.

Presale ends on Sunday 9 June 2024 at 10 pm.

All GMM car parks are paid parking. They are situated within walking distance from the festival site. There is no separate parking for motorbikes and scooters. Parking next to your tent at camping Boneyard is prohibited for both cars and motorbikes. If you leave your car by the side of the road you may be towed. Festival goers are not allowed to spend the night in the car park. Camping is free at camping Boneyard. Motorhome owners can rent a pitch in Metal Town. One final tip: remove all valuables from your car.

If you have an accommodation ticket for a pitch at Camping Metal Town, an accomodation at Camping Inferno or a VIP ticket then you already had the opportunity to reserve a parking ticket when you purchased your festival tickets.

Parking fee:

  • Advance sales online as of 27/05/2024: €15 per car.
  •  On the day (only bank and credit cards, NO cash): €20 per car
  • Attention: if you leave the car park then you will once again be charged €20 upon your return

Opening hours car parks:

  • On Wednesday at 2 pm only the car parks for Combi ticket holders will be accessible.
  • On all other days all car parks open at 8 am.

Festival tickets include: access to the festival arena and camping Boneyard and access to the shuttle bus between Mol train station.

VIP Deck festival tickets include: In addition to the above, VIP festival tickets include access to the VIP car park and the VIP deck. Access to the VIP car park requires a valid VIP parking ticket. Remember to apply for your VIP parking ticket when purchasing your festival tickets; there’s a limit of 1 VIP parking ticket per 2 VIP festival tickets. VIP tickets do not include food and drink. Click here for more info.

Prices include service costs. No payment costs are added to the ticket price. Prices do not include a train ticket. Tickets should only be purchased via official ticket channels. Tickets that are found to be resold at inflated prices will be blacklisted and will not give access to the festival. The purchase of ticket(s) implies the acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

My tickets have been ordered and paid for but I haven’t received them yet. What’s next?

First check your inbox and spam (junk mail) folder. Log in to your Ticketmaster account and check the status of your order. Still haven’t found your tickets? Get in touch with Ticketmaster.

Lost your ticket(s)? No access to your mailbox? Your tickets got stolen?

Get in touch with Ticketmaster. Keep your order number to hand (if you can dig it up somewhere).

My festival ticket is in someone else’s name. Can I get in?

Yes. The tickets list the name of the person who ordered them from Ticketmaster.

Do children have free access?

No. Please note that children are not entitled to a discount. We advise against bringing young children to the festival.

Are there free tickets for carers accompanying visitors with a disability?

No. Carers also need a valid festival ticket to get in.

Can I exchange four day tickets for a single combi ticket?

No. This is not possible.

Can I buy a day or combi ticket from the on-site box office?

Yes, as long as the festival hasn’t sold out. On the day,
day tickets are only available from 8 am.

Regrettably, no. Tickets are not refunded.

I can’t make it to Graspop due to circumstances beyond my control. Can I resell my ticket?

We advise you to only resell your ticket(s) to people you know and trust.
Forewarned is forearmed…

Look before you leap! Certain auction sites resell second-hand tickets but their reliability cannot be guaranteed. In case of problems (tickets that were resold more than once, counterfeit tickets...) it’s your name on the ticket and you may be subject to criminal prosecution. There is a legal framework that governs the resale of tickets. The Belgian law of 30 July 2013 concerning the sale of tickets to events states that:

  • The occasional resale of tickets is allowed if the sale price is not higher than the definitive price printed on the ticket.
  • Non-occasional or regular reselling of tickets, or making platforms available where non-occasional resale can take place or where the price can exceed the maximum permitted price is prohibited. The sale of free tickets, invitations, sponsor tickets or special offers of tickets before the official sale date is prohibited. Victims of the above-mentioned practices can reclaim from the reseller the excess amount paid.
  • There is a lively trade in festival tickets on parallel markets. Contrary to tickets purchased via the official ticket channel:, the validity of tickets purchased on the black market is not guaranteed. All too often we find that counterfeit tickets are offered on the black market. In other words, tickets purchased in this manner may be blacklisted and as a result access will be refused.
